【摘要】尊重少数民族的风俗习惯是我国民族政策的基本原则，传承和发展少数民族风俗文化是我国民族政策的重要任务，民族风俗得到认同是传承和发展的前提。地方政府要实现对民族风俗的善治，就必须增进对民族风俗的认同。对随着经济社会的发展，少数民族自身风俗文化发展面临艰巨的挑战，例如：少数民族风俗文化融入现代文化和宗教文化等元素，使本民族风俗文化特色不鲜明；又如部分少数民族地区济发展水平低，缺少对外交流，导致包括地方政府在内的外界对少数民族风俗文化认同困难。然而，地方政府认同少数民族风俗文化是少数民族发展的一个基础，只有政府认同风俗文化，才能才能有效治理，促进少数民族地区在发展的同时还能保留自身的文化特色，对少数民族自身的发展具有不可磨灭的作用。本文从认同的角度研究地方政府对少数民族风俗的治理。
